We guarantee that within 24 hours one of our estimators will be available to meet onsite & conduct any interim site assessment or to carry out the required check measure. Quotes where required are issued within 12 business hours & in most cases, within 2.
At Affordable Openings, you will be allocated one of our estimators whom you will communicate directly with. We will be available to meet you or your supervisor on or offsite, as required to provide accurate evaluations and professional recommendations from our qualified evaluating team. Your estimator will work with you to ensure the requirements for the build are supportive of a perfect garage door installation. On site or via email, we can provide cheat sheets and garage door build requirement specification sheets & images.
Note: Your allocated estimator will work closely right through the entire process. We will be available as much or as little as required.
Once a quote or work order is produced, we will provide all relevant brochures & or images so that the design, colour & finish can be selected. A quote will in most cases, be provided within the same business day as the site visit. Alternatively, you or your client can attend our showroom in Tuggerah where one of our customer service team members can assist with the options.
Once a purchase order is issued or a deposit received, we will re-confirm the design, colour & finish selected. Doors will be ordered on the day of receipt & turn around from order is approx. 2-3 weeks.
Once we receive the door & opener into our factory, we will immediately be in contact with your provided point of contact to advise that we are ready when you are. In most cases we can arrange the installation within several days’ notice or, if a scheduled installation date was provided at the time of order, we will schedule the installation for a future date as provided. We always allocate 2 company employed installers to every installation. This ensures a perfect job with no risk of damage that is very common with a 1-man installation when contractors are prominently allocated. Sites will be left in a clean & safe manner & no rubbish or debris of ours will be left behind. Every install will be recorded & reported with multiple images as well as with a very documented install report
Any warranties that require registration, we will provide this service for you. Our customer support team will also provide information manual’s, such as, owner’s manuals, how to manualize your garage door & how to maintain your garage door, just to name a few. We are not happy unless you are happy. If at anytime you need us to return to explain the operation or to code additional remotes for your clients, we will be available.
